General Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Period

The product’s warranty period corresponds to the duration of the subscription plan purchased by the customer:

  • 6-month account renewal: The warranty period is 6 months.
  •  1-year account renewal: The warranty period is 12 months.

2. Warranty Terms

Error Fixing: If the account issue can be resolved, our technical team will proceed to fix the error so that the customer can continue using the service as normal.
1-for-1 Exchange: If the account is found to be defective under valid warranty conditions, Dacckey will immediately replace it with a new account of the same or equivalent type.
